The production of raki and ouzo is a traditional rite – a Dionysian ceremony dating back centuries, and offers the perfect occasion for an impromptu feast, to which you are all invited! While the raki and ouzo distills, you can experience unforgettable authentic Lemnian hospitality by enjoying local handmade appetizers, like Kavourmas, Melichloro- saganaki (local cheese), sardines, and “tyropitoudia” (cheese village pies), all accompanied by “protostalagma”- the “fresh” spirit of the evening!
